Easter Events in West Michigan

Spring 2025

Springtime means Easter, and there are lots of Easter events in Ludington, Scottville, Manistee, Pentwater, and the surrounding areas that give kids a chance to celebrate!

Non-profit organizations and businesses provide children with fun, wholesome, indoor and outdoor Easter activities to help beat the blahs of the winter to spring transition. From visits with the Easter bunny to an egg scramble on roller skates, there’s lots of fun activities for kids of all ages!

Easter Events That Are Currently Scheduled:

Mason County

Through April 19th, 2025 – Egg My Yard. JCI Ludington (the Ludington Area Jaycees) will deliver/hide pre-filled candy and treat eggs in the evening of April 19th for a hassle free Easter Egg hunt on Easter morning. Children can enjoy, long distance relatives can send their love, and families can spend more time together while supporting the Ludington Area Jaycees community programs. Available to households in Mason County. Cost is $25 for 30 eggs, $45 for 50 eggs, and $65 for 70 eggs. Baskets are also available for $5 each. Reserve your items by clicking here.
Saturday, April 5th, 2025 from 1-3pm – Photos with the Easter Bunny at Gold N Deals- 112 S. Main St., Scottville. Cookies & drinks will be provide and there will be a raffle for 3 Easter baskets.
Saturday, April 12th, 2025 from 10am-5pm – Create an Easter Card Craft at Sandcastles Children’s Museum- 129 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington. Regular admission fees apply.
Saturday, April 12th, 2025 at 10:30am – Easter Egg Hunt in the front parking lot at Medilodge- 1000 E. Tinkham Ave., Ludington.
Sunday, April 13th, 2025 at 11:30am – Easter Egg Hunt at Ludington United Methodist Church- 5810 Bryant Rd., Ludington.
Tuesday, April 16th, 2025 at 1pm SHARP – Special Needs Easter Egg Hunt at Circle Rocking S Children’s Farm- 5487 N. Tuttle Rd., Free Soil. After the hunt, stay for egg crafts and coloring Easter pictures. Those wishing to participate should bring two hard boiled eggs. Prizes for best Easter Bonnet. Saturday, April 19th, 2025 at 2pm – Easter Egg Hunt at Cornerstone Baptist Church- 121 Nelson Rd. in Ludington. Rain or shine. Children in Elementary school and younger are welcome.
Saturday, April 19th, 2025 from 4-6pm – Love Out Loud Eggstream Block Party at Living Word Church- 301 N. Jebavy Dr., Ludington. Egg Scramble, giveaways, games, and free food.

Oceana County

Saturday, April 19th, 2025 at 9am – Easter Egg Hunt at Village Park- 206 Main St., Walkerville.
Saturday, April 19th, 2025 at 9am – Easter Egg Hunt at Webster Park- 80 S. Division St., Hesperia.
Saturday, April 19th, 2025 at 11am – Visits with the Easter Bunny at 11am followed by an Egg Hunt at 11:30am. Rothbury Village Hall- 7804 S. Michigan Ave., Rothbury.
Saturday, April 19th, 2025 at 12-1pm – Colleen Plummer’s Annual Easter on the Green on the Village Green- 327 S. Hancock St., Pentwater. Sponsored by The Antler Bar and the Pentwater Chamber of Commerce. Easter Bunny, egg hunt, bonnet parade and contest, musical chairs, face painting and games.
Saturday, April 19th, 2025 12-1pm – Easter Egg Hunt at the Oceana Fairgrounds- 1025 S. State St., Hart. Event includes 10,000 eggs, the Easter Bunny, a Candy Shoot by Lewis Farms, and the Country Dairy Cow Mascot. There will be three age categories: Toddler (0-3), Early Elementary (4-8), and Elementary (8-12).
Saturday, April 19th, 2025 3pm – New Era Community Easter Egg Hunt at the Oceana Fairgrounds- 1025 S. State St., Hart.

Manistee County

Saturday, April 12th, 2025 at 10am – Easter Egg Scramble to benefit the Wellston Fireworks fund at The pavilion area of Crystal Lake- Oak & 2nd Streets, Wellston. Four age groups for ages 0-12 years old plus a division for those special needs.
Saturday, April 19th, 2025 at 11am-12pm – Easter Egg Hunt at Blaine Christian Church- 7018 Putney Rd., Arcadia.
Saturday, April 19th, 2025 at 12pm – Sportsman’s Port Annual Easter Egg Hunt at 10487 W. M-55, Wellston. In addition to the hunt, the Easter Bunny will be there and all kids will receive a candy bag.

Benzie County

Saturday, April 19th, 2025 from 10am-12pm – Easter Egg Hunt and Easter Bunny Visit, hosted by Frankfort-Elberta Area Chamber of Commerce. Mineral Springs Park- 630 Main St., Frankfort.
Saturday, April 19th, 2025 from 1-2pm – Crystal Lake Community Business Association Easter Egg Extravaganza at Memorial Park- 6869 South St., Benzonia

Mason County

Easter Egg Hunt at Custer VFW Gold Bar Post #5096- 2022 State St. in Custer. Free and open to children age 2-12 with three age divisions. Refreshments, crafts, and pictures with the Easter Bunny! Participants are asked to bring their own Easter baskets.
Easter Egg Hunt & Party including face painting, photos with the Easter Bunny, food trucks, and a coffee truck. West Michigan Old Engine Club Grounds- 700 S. Scottville Rd., Scottville.
Teen Eggs-travaganza Egg Hunt at the Ludington Library- 217 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington.
Bunny Pictures and Tire Checks at Lakeshore Automotive & Tire- 702 S. James St., Ludington.
Breakfast with the Easter Bunny at the Ludington Eagles- 108 S. Harrison St., Ludington. All You Can Eat Breakfast with homemade sausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. Adults- $8, Kids- $5 (2 & under- free). Raffle and meet/greet and photos with the Easter Bunny. Proceeds benefit Helping Others Prosper.
Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt at St. John’s Lutheran Church- 209 N. Rowe in Ludington.
Easter Egg Hunt at the American Legion- 318 N. James St., Ludington. This free event is open to kids ages 1-10 years old.
Community Easter Family Fun Party at Our Savior Lutheran Church- 765 US 10 in Scottville. Egg hunt, games, crafts, and refreshments.
Easter Egg Hunt for children 12 and under at Comfort Inn- 5323 W. US-10, Ludington.
Easter Egg Hunt (1pm), Egg Toss (2pm), Coloring Contest, drawings at Stix- 1963 N. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington.
Easter Party at Living Word Church- 301 N. Jebavy Dr., Ludington. Event includes an egg hunt, candy, and prizes.
Easter Brunch Buffet at Stix. $24 for those age 11 and up and $10 for ages 10 and under.

Manistee County

Easter Celebration including activities and Easter Egg Hunt. Sponsored by the Brethren Boosters Club. Dickson Township Park- 14270 Coates Hwy, Brethren.
Easter Egg Hunt and visit by the Easter Bunny hosted by the Onekama Athletic Boosters. Children under age 10 are invited and asked to bring their own bag. Onekama School Gym- 5016 Main St., Onekama.
Easter Egg Hunt at the Pleasant Valley Community Center- 3586 Glovers Lake Rd., Arcadia.
Easter Egg Hunt, Crafts, Games and Pizza Buffet ($10/person) at Manistee National Golf & Resort- 4797 Grant Hwy, Manistee. Hunt divisions are ages 4 and under from 3-3:20pm, ages 5-8 from 3:20-3:40pm, and ages 9+ from 3:40pm-4pm.

Easter Egg Hunt for children in 5th grade and younger at Ferry Weslyan Church- 2182 Main St., Shelby.
