Ludington. This is where C & I Electric chose to establish our headquarters. We’ve found that Ludington is a wonderful place to work and raise a family, especially when the local natural resources provide us with such stunning scenery and a huge variety of year-round activities. The overall vibe is more relaxed and rural compared to the traffic rush of a big city. Life is good here. The smaller communities of Mason County include Scottville, Walhalla, Fountain, and Free Soil.

It’s a nice country drive north to Manistee County and downtown Manistee, which has a river walk, Victorian architecture, and a great variety of restaurants and specialty stores. The villages of Manistee County include Arcadia, Bear Lake, Kaleva, Onekama, and Copemish. Wellston is a popular outdoor sporting destination.

We often enjoy a scenic drive to work just south of us in Oceana County, which is home to many rural farm communities such as Hart, Shelby, Walkerville, and New Era, plus vacation destinations like Pentwater and the Silver Lake Sand Dunes area.

We also do electrical work in Muskegon County, in locations including Muskegon, Norton Shores, Whitehall, and more nearby communities.

We have completed many jobs in Lake County, which is just one county east of us. The largest community in Lake County is Baldwin, known for world-class fishing on the Pere Marquette National Scenic River, or PM River, as the locals call it.
