Hart Winterfest

January 31st, & February 7th, 2026

This annual two-day event includes winter-themed events and fun for the whole family.  From good food to tournaments to a swap-meet, there’s something for everyone at the Hart Winterfest!

Here's the most updated event schedule:

Saturday, January 31st, 2026

  • 2pm – Frozen Tinman Golf Outing at 1774 W. Polk Rd., Hart. Registration begins at 1:30pm and there will be food, awards, music, a bonfire, and raffles to follow the outing. Cost $35/person and players may walk the course or ride their own golf cart/ORV. For more info or to register, click here.

Saturday, February 7th, 2026

  • 8am-3pm – Vintage Snowmobile Show at the Oceana County Fairgrounds- 1025 S. State St., Hart. Admission is free and participants may buy, sell, or trade. Call Kevin Hallack at (231) 923-9279 for details.
  • 9am-4pm – Friends of the Hart Public Library Book & Bake Sale at the Hart Community Center- 407 S. State St. 
  • 11am – State Street Mile Fun Run or Walk beginning at the corner of Polk & State Streets and ending at Hart Commons. First 75 people to register will receive a limited edition 2026 Winterfest mug. To register or for more information, click here.
  • 12-2pm – Soup Walk at ten locations. Punch cards are $7 in advance or $10 at the door and include 10 tastings. For tickets and more info, click here.
  • 12-2pm – Downtown Kids Scavenger Hunt. Hunt cards can be picked up at the 5 Star Towne Square Group office (11 S. State St.) between 11am-1pm. Completed cards can be exchanged for goodies and prizes (limit 100) at the check in table in the parking lot next to La Probadita- 19 S. State St.
  • 2:30pm – Cornhole Tournament in the parking lot next to La Probadita. Check in begins at 2pm and cost is $25/team. Teams must pre-register. Click here for more info or to register.
  • Farm Bureau Ice Fishing Tournament at the West Michigan Research Station- 5185 N. Oceana Dr., Hart. Registration is $20 per two-person team and Farm Bureau members compete free. Competition categories are Longest Pike and Heaviest 5 Panfish (bluegill, perch, and/or crappie). Participants may also register by calling Jen Marfio at (231) 796-1119 or filling out a registration form at the Kaleb Klotz Agency- 3480 W. Polk Rd., Hart.
