Lenten Fish Frys in Weare Township

Cost is $15 for ages 9 and up and any donation for those under 8. Dine-in or take-out. Dinners include baked or fried whitefish, parslied red potatoes, vegetable, coleslaw, fried apples, and choice of delicious desserts. St. Joseph Parish Hall- 2349 W. Jackson Rd., Weare Township.

“Up North” Lake & Cottage Show
Show including vendors of indoor/outdoor furniture, landscaping, construction & remodel, kitchen & bath, home decor, designers, electric bikes, stand-up paddle boards, golf carts, boats, and more. Wine Run 5k
Enjoy scenic views and exquisite wines during this event at Mari Vineyards- 8175 Center Rd., Traverse City. Registration includes a t-shirt, wine glass, medal, and a pour of wine. Proceeds benefit the Traverse Bay Children’s Advocacy Center. Register at runsignup.com

Walk a Mile in Her Shoes
Men and allies of survivors of sexual assault show their support by literally walking a mile in high heels. The event will begin with registration at KRAVE Frozen Yogurt & Drink Shoppe- 103 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington. Register for free by clicking here.

Diapers & Desserts
West Shore Family Support invites families with children ages 3 and under to receive diapers for the child(ren), as well as treats. Diapers sizes newborn-size 6 will be available. Car seat safety checks also offered on site. Sponsored by Knights of Columbus Council #15993 and held at New Era Reformed Church Church- 4775 1st St., New Era.

Annual Spring Tree, Shrub, & Dune Grass Sale Pickup
Sponsored by the Oceana Conservation District. Oceana County Fairgrounds- 1025 S. State St., Hart. 

Ludington Lake Jump
Participants raise money for a new organization each year and jump into the frigid waters of Lake Michigan. Registration at 10:30am, jump at 11am. Stearns Park, Ludington.

Girls Rock
A celebration of Girl Power featuring local female musicians, singers, and artists of all ages. Ludingto Area Center for the Arts- 107 S. Harrison St., Ludington.

Paddle Antrim Season Kick Off Gathering
Kick-off the paddling season on the Chain of Lakes Water Trail with Short’s Brewing Company. Grab your  paddle craft of choice and a life jacket for an hour-long paddle on Elk River followed by a gathering at Short’s Pull Barn. Ludington’s Got Talent
ALL ages are invited to apply to appear in this talent show. This is a fundraiser for Sandcastles Children’s Museum and will be held at the Ludington Area Center for the Arts- 107 S. Harrison St., Ludington. It will take the place of the Local Masked Singer event. Apply at sandcastleschildrensmuseum.com.

Shakespeare’s Birthday Party & Stage Left Fundraiser
Enjoy tasty treats, meet Shakespearean characters, and support a great cause at KRAVE Frozen Yogurt & Drink Shoppe- 103 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington. 20% of sales will benefit Stage Left’s productions & Scholarship Fund. Stage Left t-shirts will also be available for purchase. 

Scottville Clown Band Performance

Mason County Eastern Athletic Boosters Auction
Tickets include food, silent auction, live auction, and cash & carry items. Proceeds benefit extracurricular activities at Mason County Eastern Schools. Tickets are $10 each.
