Historic Trolley Tours
Families and patrons of all ages are invited to join in a library-sponsored historic trolley tour, operated by Manistee County Transportation. Perfect for homeschooling families and those interested in the industrious history of Manistee. Space is limited and registration is required. Blazer Bash

Hart Heritage Festival

Miss Ludington Area Scholarship Program
Women between the ages of 18-26 from Mason, Manistee, Oceana and (new for 2022) Lake counties compete and are judged based on-talent, evening wear, on-stage interview, and their social impact initiative pitch. The winner is qualified to enter the Miss Michigan Pageant, a precursor to the Miss America Pageant. Ludington Area Center for the Arts- 107 S. Harrison St., Ludington.

Michigan Irish Music Festival

Ludington Petunia Parade Removal Day
Ludington Petunia Parade will be removing petunias on the Avenue and the marina.

Lumberjack Day & Lumberjack Breakfast
Enjoy a Lumberjack Breakfast of flapjacks, sausage, and hashbrowns then take in the history of Mason County settlers by touring the village. Cost is $20 for Adults, $18 for Seniors, $16 for Children ages 4-13, and free for Children under age 4. Historic White Pine Village– 1687 S. Lakeshore Dr., Ludington.

Hops & Props on the River
Tasting of over 100 locally crafted beverages from 1pm-6pm, Century Boat Show from 10am-4pm.

Scottville Fall Celebration
Event includes family friendly activities, the Mason County Princess Pageant (1pm), and a performance by the Scottville Clown Band. Downtown Scottville, 100 Blocks of South Main & Blaine Streets. For the most updated information, visit cityofscottville.org.

Mason County Princess Pageant
Girls ages 4-7 that live in Mason County, attend a Mason County school, or have a relative that is a resident of Mason County are invited to participate.  This pageant will be held in downtown Scottville and is limited to the first 30 girls that turn in their completed application. All girls will receive a crown and goody bag. They will each claim the title of Mason County Princess. They will be answering 3-5 questions on stage during the event. Pre-registration is required by September 3rd and can be found at forms.gle. Those with questions can email Andrea at mcprincesspageant@gmail.com.
